Elounda Garden Suites Heated Pool - Elounda (Crete)

This place suits me perfectly, thanks to the heated pool, 24-hour reception, and great staff. I remember my first stay when they helped me print my boarding pass. Always recommend trying the delicious in-room breakfast. I'm coming back for a xmas.

All the rooms are well-equipped with full kitchens and the staff are caring.

Marvellous location to Ferry Terminal.

Awesome steps from local cafes and scenic harbor views

The convenience of walking to nearby cafes in just a few steps and enjoying the fine views from the harbor made my stay enjoyable.

Thank you everyone for a special stay on a visit to the region. The food was outstanding and the location was unbeatable. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Olio Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

We had the most lekker welcome with fruit and wine when we arrived! The cleaning crew was on point every day, and the staff like Kristina were super helpful. Walking to the main square and harbour was easy, just 5 mins!

Pool only opened at 10am, made for a late start to the day sometimes.

The pool was perfect for my kids, and it never felt crowded. Breakfast was fantastic, especially compared to what we tried elsewhere. The super nice team in planning our adventures around agios nikolaos, made everything easy and enjoyable.

The Ground Floor Family Suite was super spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a cozy vibe with comfy beds, perfect for our family. Plus, it was only a short walk to the pool, always inviting. The daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the little things like fresh fruit and wine waiting for us. My daughter loved the space to play, and the bathroom had great amenities too.

I encountered some noise issues due to proximity to a staff area, which disrupted my peace at night. The pool's late opening at 10 AM limited my morning swim options, and several sun loungers showed signs of wear that could use a refresh to enhance the overall aesthetic.

Unfortunately, we had a room that backed onto a staff area, and the noise from their activities during the early hours was disruptive. The pool opening at 10 AM felt a bit late, especially for those keen on an early morning swim, and several loungers showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the overall polished look of the pool area. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent.

The suite was well-maintained, offering a spacious layout and a lovely garden view. The short stroll to the harbor made dining out convenient, while the friendly staff consistently provided helpful suggestions. The pool opening time could be better.
